Loved reading this book to the boys.  Excellent explanantion to kids about how what they eat affects their body and health.  She uses Superheroes so kids can better relate.  The Superheroes in this book lead healthy lifestyles and help others do the same.

  1. For me, reading “Wheat Belly” at your clinic REALLY impacted me— I have been off wheat for the last two months and I don’t think I will EVER go back 🙂
    Now the worst snack I live off of since are popcorn and chocolates… AND coffee… pumpkin spiced latte! Those are too good to resist… 😛
